XMS Maintenance and Evolution
Challenge: Linkup Consultoria developed an application to control scheduled maintenance within Arcelor, which became a successful case in the segment within the Mittal group due to the maturity and constant evolution that the system gained over time through a team of professionals highly trained professionals from Arcelor Mittal and Linkup Consultoria.
Due to the proportion and relevance that the system has gained, the evolution to a large-scale rollout within the group has been increasingly promising and the challenge is to implement complex evolutionary improvements, meeting all agreed deadlines and maintaining the quality and functioning of the system productive.
Solution: As Linkup is a Powered by BRF partner, we were given the task of maintaining and evolving this application through the implementation of new features. After a consecutive sequence of deliveries with a high level of customer satisfaction, we became the official team within Arcelor for the maintenance and evolution of this system, always keeping all the evolutionary documentation for both the end customer and Linkup Consultoria.
